What size is the laptop slot?

The laptop slot on most charging boxes is suitable for 14" Laptops. Some boxes may have a bigger slot, see product descriptions for more information.

​Do I need a router?

A router can allow for easy connectivity of headsets to the internet. All headsets can be connected to the built in WiFi router and then the box can be connected to the internet through the RJ45 on the box and an ethernet port in an office or other location. The built in router also allows for connectivity to the internet through repeating a WiFi connection.

Why would I need cellular connectivity?

You may have a need for cellular connectivity if you require an internet connection for the software you wish to use. This connectivity will allow you to connect to the internet anywhere in the world without a need to use office/public WiFi.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a standard manufacture 12 month warranty on all charging boxes.

CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY

When does our 1 year subscription activate?

Your 1 year subscription to cellular connectivity becomes active upon shipping of the hardware.

Where is our cellular connectivity active?

Cellular connectivity is available world wide.

Do you have a 'Fair Use Policy'?

What is the data cap?

There is no data cap but users must follow our 'Fair Use Policy'.

Can we add our own SIM card to our hardware?

No, you can only use the SIM card provided with the hardware at this moment in time.

Where can I not use by cellular connectivity?

You are not allowed to use the cellular connectivity in the following countries; Russia, China, North Korea, Belarus, Ascension Island, Bovet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Cuba, French Southern Territories, Heard and Mcdonald Islands, Iran, Johnston Island, Midway Island, Myanmar (Previously Burma), Pitcairn Islands, Syria, Tokelau, Tristan Da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Wake Island, Western Sahara, Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Sudan, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Haiti, Mali, Libya. If you use the cellular connectivity in these countries you are at risk of loosing access to cellular connectivity.
